1. 挪亞就憑家中8人之力，在沒有鐵釘和用鐵支撐的情況下，造了一隻比中世紀最大的木船Peter von Danzig長84米的方舟，並可抵受幾百日風浪的撕裂[1, 2]。


2. 在只135 x 22.5 x 13.5 m的空間內，挪亞間隔出給至少2百萬種動物(或牠們數萬對祖先)的空間[3]，適合牠們的環境，以及貯存供牠們幾百日的糧食。船內還有設施處理牠們以噸計的排泄物。而269 m長的鐵船RMS Titanic的只夠3547人住數週[4]。

3. 根據聖經人物的年齡及族譜，有人計算挪亞的故事發生在公元前2348年[5]。埃及皇朝自公元前3150年開始，到前343年始受入侵[6]；蘇美爾皇朝自公元前2900–2800年開始，到約前1700年衰落[7]。似乎這些文明都在水底一直興盛。<===順手一提最後一次冰河時期約發生在 公元前18,000年, 結束在約公元前10,000年

4. 全世界的古文明一同隱瞞*末世*洪水的發生，把人類文明寫成是連續不斷的。<===我的理解是在古埃及的文明之後,其他地區新興的文明都假借古埃及的一些神話和傳說。詳細可以參考紀錄片 <<時代精神>>。

5. 礫石在洪水內翻滾，分成清晰的多層而非一層沉積物，每層都有獨特土石，令人以為它們是千萬年來多次沉澱的結果。

6. 沉積物在數千年內變成岩石，而不是千萬年。

7. 洪水中的死屍在數千年內變成石油和煤。 <===這說法有不妥，石油的形成要乎合許多條件。

8. 放射性定年法測出地球有45億年歷史，是因為古時的核衰變的速度比現時快75萬倍，而生物沒有因為衰變產生的強烈輻射而燒死或致癌而死。

9. 只有在大洪水後才有彩虹，因為之前水的密度和空氣一樣，光線沒有折射。

10. 大洪水淹沒了珠穆朗瑪峰(8850m)(創7:19-20)。地球半徑6378 km，大洪水水量約為90億立方公里。如這一半的水分40日內從天上而降，每小時雨量將為8850/40/24*1000/2= 4609 mm。想像一掛瀑布打在身上。 <===聖經應該沒有明確指出淹沒珠穆朗瑪峰, 而且洪水爆發,不一定只是降雨, 冰川融化也可能是原因之一。

11. 大量的水吸去地表熱能，同時水會反射太陽光，加上烏雲密佈，地球氣溫急降，但方舟內人畜安然無恙。　＜＝＝＝大量水在地球表面流動，加上月球的引力，可產力巨大的潮汐，而潮汐被月球牽引，可減漫地球自轉的速度。如果大洪水的水平面足夠淹過世界最高點珠峰，那月球引力拉的浪，相信超過至少幾公里高，除非是潛艇恐怕也難以抵擋。
12. 海底的生物沒有因水壓劇增而滅絕。　＜＝＝＝鹽在海水中的濃度變淡也會是至死的原因。

13. 洪水前，世界各地的陸上動物走了幾萬公里，越過海洋，安全來到中東地區。＜＝＝＝有研究指出，人類在至少在16,500以前，開始由東西伯利亞　經白令陸橋　移居美洲大陸；而陸橋在大約5,000年前消失。即是說，如果大洪水發生在5,000年以前，陸上動物還是有可能從陸路中東，長途跋涉，還不會餓死呢。　再說，聖經最好有提到澳洲大陸的有袋類動物，塔斯曼尼亞的袋狼，因信奉耶教的英國人入侵了這個世界的盡頭，在1936年絕種。

14. 方舟可能載不了2百萬對生物，但挪亞只需帶2000-35000「類」動物上船[8]，洪水後牠們發展成各種生物。一對動物有足夠的基因多樣性，發展成平均58-1000種動物(但不是進化!)。 <===你不要問我為什麼恐龍不被帶上船？而事實上恐龍在地球46億年歷史裡生存了1億6千萬年，在六千五百萬年以前絕種。創世紀當中也沒有提到恐龍。

15. 挪亞家中8人能照顧成千上萬的動物數百天，還有時間睡覺。世上最大(0.35平方公里)的動物園有約只15000頭動物，也請了115人[9, 10]。

16. 挪亞擁有地球所有動物的偏食餐單。挪亞需要飼養更多動物作糧食，因有些動物餓死也不會吃死物(如青蛙)；他同時要準備死屍滿足另一些偏食情況。

17. 上船時挪亞預備了128噸食物給大象[11]；給熊貓的竹葉(未計竹杆)重6000公斤。他有方法把方舟上所有食物，在潮濕的環境中保鮮多於一年。


18. 挪亞家中8人為每種動物建成了牠們獨特的生活環境；沒有這些動物都會死掉。這表示方舟上有冷暖氣抽放濕機光暗調控等等等等等。

19. 方舟上的也許只是幼兒期的動物。牠們由挪亞一家8口提供無微不至的照顧和奶水數百天。

20. 方舟上的也許只是貯存了動物的DNA/ 精卵。水退後他們有足夠和適合的動物提供子宮。　＜＝＝現今科學已經能夠證明，只有一對同類動物是沒法把其物種繁衍下去的。

21. 許多動物都在洪水中滅絶了，這些動物的屍體埋在一層層的沉積物中，數千年內成為化石(不是千萬年)。「生存本領」高的在上層，能力低的在下層[12]。這證明了沒有一隻貓比魚在水中的本領低。

22. 雨水為淡水，但當時的咸水魚沒有因水中的鹽濃度劇跌而死亡。　＜＝＝剛才都有提到

23. 陸上植物和動物全部死亡，水退後腐屍處處，方舟上動物回到地上卻沒有餓死或病死。

24. 方舟上動物每樣一對，加上8人，他們水退後在沒有食物的情況下不斷近親交配/亂倫，繁衍了現在所有陸上動物。他們沒有因遺傳病而滅絕。而現在的動物有幾千頭都告瀕臨絶種。＜＝＝剛才都有提到


25. 下方舟後動物展開萬里長征，從不在半途停下，直到牠們在地球上的分佈可用演化論和板塊理論解釋為止。

有人也許一邊看一邊想：神可用神蹟解決以上所有問題！假如方舟是事實，神又用了神蹟解決問題，那麼：

26. 上帝沒有一開始就用神蹟直接殺死所有罪人，反而要求挪亞做他做不到的事，然後用許多小神蹟幫他，也不准在聖經記載這些小神蹟。　
影音使團有限公司和挪亞方舟國際事工有限公司在過去七年內一直在土耳其尋找聖經中的挪亞方舟[13]，每次都聲稱自己找到方舟的證據，發行DVD和舉行佈道會。他們的行動耗費了大量來自大小教會信眾的金錢，更可以「慈善機構」的名義籌款和免稅[14]，去資助他們的傳教活動。

最近他們自稱(又)在亞拉臘山(Mount Ararat)上找到了方舟的遺骸，亦拍攝了他們在一個木結構內的活動，繪聲繪影。現時大眾的注意力都圍繞方舟國際事工的發現是否可信。

但當我們思考他們的發現是否真確之前，是否應該衡量方舟的故事本身是否有可能是真的呢？。　　<===在美國有一眾原教主義分子建立了一個Creation Evidence Museum（創世證據博物館）,內容穿鑿附會，也有擺模型當證據，有一說法是人類和恐龍同為創世物，共同生存了最多六千年，恐龍更是方舟的座上客，最少有五十種。

The New York Times has a fantastic article up about the opening of the $27 million Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky: a wonderfully delusional natural history museum featuring happy Christian cavemen cavorting with placid and herbivorous thunder lizards. In fact, did you know that dinosaurs were on Noah’s Ark?

It has always puzzled me why fundamentalists are so challenged by the theory of evolution: intelligent and thoughtful Christians (and yes, there are many) have long accepted the Bible as metaphorical. Some flexible thinking allows a Christian to accept Genesis as a largely metaphorical account of creation primarily aimed at simply explaining the world to people who lived in a pre-scientific era, but also to wedge evolution in (II Peter 3:8 makes clear that God’s concept of a day is not the same as a human’s, which makes Genesis’ “days” entirely figurative).

This exhibit at the museum goes a long ways in explaining the disconnect between intelligent Christians and the Fundies:


Start accepting evolution or an ancient Earth, and the result is like the giant wrecking ball, labeled “Millions of Years,” that is shown smashing the ground at the foundation of a church, the cracks reaching across the gallery to a model of a home in which videos demonstrate the imminence of moral dissolution. A teenager is shown sitting at a computer; he is, we are told, looking at pornography.

How ridiculous: what we have here is a religious movement aimed at promoting blind faith. But if God exists, he doesn’t want blind faith, because that’s not a choice. It’s simple conditioning. Doubt is integral to an intelligent Christian’s concept of faith, because Christians believe that we were given free will to make this choice. Fundamentalists, on the other hand? They think that choice is the same as calculated, hysterical ignorance.
